PANalytical leadership

With PANassist Connect, Diagnostics, Certification and Alert options, we offer a comprehensive approach to supporting you on-line. PANassist helps keep your PANalytical instruments in peak condition at all times. Our comprehensive package incorporates installation and includes a communication and data processing box and all necessary software. It uses your existing internet connection, DSL, UMTS or if required LAN connections, all in a secure and encrypted communication protocol.

Product choices

• PANassist Connect:
  The gateway to PANalytical’s on-line services, PANassist Connect links your X-ray equipment directly to the company - at all times and from any place. The package includes a subscription to PANassist Diagnostics.
• PANassist Diagnostics:
  PANassist Diagnostics is PANalytical’s well-established remote diagnostics service. If you experience anything out of the ordinary PANassist Diagnostics enables us to assist promptly, ensuring optimal uptime.
• PANassist Certification:
  Following execution of a healthcheck via PANassist Diagnostics, customers receive a certificate to guarantee that their instrument is compliant with relevant PANalytical specifications. The certificate, which will be issued on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly), provides the proof for ISO-authorisation bodies that the instrument operates compliant to the ISO-9001 quality system.
• PANassist Alert:
  PANassist Alert delivers proactive support in situations that require immediate action. A text message may be sent to you or a service engineer to provide immediate follow-up. Minimizing system downtime, PANassist Alert is first available for all instruments running under SuperQ software 5.0 onwards.
